Que nous prépare Microsoft pour 2008 ? (Deuxième partie)

Pour 2008, Microsoft va nous proposer une foultitude de choses. Il faut en retenir un certain nombre de points Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, Home Server 2008, le service packs 1 de Vista …

L’année 2008 va être très fournie pour Microsoft. La firme à se retrouver sur tous les fronts : serveurs, clients, suite Office, technologie… Bref, un fourniment qu’il convient d’anticiper.

Internet Explorer 8 – amélioration de la gestion des flux RSS et des CSS; un meilleur support de la technologie Ajax; amélioration de l’interface pour coller aux attentes des utilisateurs notamment en matière de personnalisation.
Windows Vista – des nouveaux « Ultimate Extras » et surtout la sortie du service packs 1
La marque ombrelle « Live » devrait réunir de nouvelles applications phares telles que Office Online, Windows Live Messenger 9 et les nouvelles versions des applicatifs déjà existants.
Windows 7 – le successeur de Windows Vista. Il s’agit pour l’instant d’un noyau ultraléger qui devrait permettre d’unifier la version serveur, cliente et peut-être même Windows mobile.
Microsoft Software and Services devraient se développer pour améliorer les services à valeur ajoutée du côté business.
Home Server v2 -il devrait être basé sur la version de Windows Server 2008
Windows Server 2008 SP1/ Windows Vista SP2 -le développements de ces correctifs devraient débuter en fin d’année 2008.
