C&rsquo;est la solution <strong>IBM Cognos Consumer Insight<\/strong> permet de collecter et d&rsquo;analyser les commentaires, tweets, posts etc publi\u00e9s au sujet d\u2019une marque sur la blogosph\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, la solution passe au crible plus de 1,5 milliards de sources\u00a0: des milliers de blogs, forums de discussions, sites de news et r\u00e9seaux sociaux (Facebook, Twitter).<\/p>\n<p>La seconde \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 extraire et structurer des informations utiles.
