Joli coup de com de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.matinscereales.com\">Matins C\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/a>, la collective des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour petit d\u00e9jeuner, service d\u2019information du\u00a0Syndicat Fran\u00e7ais des C\u00e9r\u00e9ales pr\u00eates \u00e0 consommer ou \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce collectif a pour vocation d\u2019\u00eatre une v\u00e9ritable source d\u2019information sur les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour petit d\u00e9jeuner, et d\u2019\u00eatre l\u2019interlocuteur privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 des m\u00e9dias. Et, de fait, quand il s&rsquo;agit de faire connaitre les bienfaits des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales au petit-dej, quoi de mieux que de sensibiliser les blogueurs ? En revanche je rassure Le Monde, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/economie\/article\/2012\/02\/18\/les-blogueurs-nouveaux-prescripteurs_1645244_3234.html\">je n&rsquo;ai pas touch\u00e9 1000\u20ac pour cela<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Portrait robot d&rsquo;un petit-d\u00e9jeuner \u00e9quilibr\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>1- Des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour petit d\u00e9jeuner\u00a0<\/strong>apportent des glucides, des vitamines (notamment du groupe B), des min\u00e9raux, des fibres et des prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. Id\u00e9alement un bol de 50 grammes.<strong><br \/>\n2- Un produit laitier pour le calcium (lait, fromage, yaourt)\u00a0<\/strong>apporte du calcium et des prot\u00e9ines animales.<strong><br \/>\n3- Un fruit ou un jus de fruits pour les vitamines\u00a0<\/strong>apporte des glucides simples, des fibres, des vitamines (notamment la vitamine C) et des min\u00e9raux.<strong><br \/>\n4- Une boisson chaude ou froide\u00a0<\/strong>apporte de l&rsquo;eau pour hydrater l&rsquo;organisme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"border-style: initial; border-color: initial; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"IMG_3699.JPG\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/stanetdamv3\/IMG_3699.JPG\" alt=\"IMG_3699.JPG\" width=\"482\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Je tacherai de me rappeler de tout ela demain matin et de ne pas insister sur la confiture plus que de mesure, surtout si j&rsquo;ai des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales dans mon bol.
